Terrie Fox

Scheduling Coordinator

Terrie joined the Gragg Orthodontics team in July of 2008. Terrie specializes in scheduling and customer service; she is one of the first smiles you will see when you enter our office! Terrie is an active member of her church and enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Candie Avery

Scheduling Coordinator

Candie joined the Gragg Orthodontics team officially in May of 2019, but she has known the Gragg family for 10+ years. Candie has an energetic and bubbly personality that will always make you feel like family; she is always eager to assist! In her spare time, Candie enjoys shopping and spending quality time with her husband, children, and grandchildren!

Amy Fox

Treatment Coordinator

Amy joined the Gragg Orthodontics team in August of 2003. Amy is a 2003 graduate of Western Piedmont Community College. She is a certified dental assistant and is also certified in radiation, CPR and infection control. Amy is the Treatment Coordinator and enjoys interacting with patients at their initial visit. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and their daughter. Some of her hobbies include hiking, camping and fishing.

Ingrid Estrada

Records/Lab Coordinator

Ingrid joined the Gragg Orthodontics team in November of 2018. As the lab coordinator, she mostly sees patients at the very beginning and at the very end of their treatment. Her favorite part about her job is interacting and seeing the new patients that start and the end result of patients that have completed treatment. In her spare time, Ingrid enjoys spending time with friends and doing nail art!

Brandy McKinney

Clinical Coordinator

Brandy joined the Gragg Orthodontics team in May of 2008; right after graduating from the Dental Assisting Program at Western Piedmont Community College. Brandy watches over our clinic to ensure each patient has a quality visit and that all of our assistants are equipped with the best knowledge to treat our patients. Brandy is married and has five kids (four boys and one girl). She enjoys working out, being active, enjoying outdoors, watching movies and spending time with her family.

Hilda Garcia

Clinical Assistant/OSHA/Radiation Manager

Hilda joined the Gragg Orthodontics team in May of 2018. Hilda is a 2018 graduate of Western Piedmont Community College, where she received her diploma in Dental Assisting. In addition to being a clinical assistant, Hilda is also currently the OSHA/Radiation Manager. Hilda takes pride in being able to assist with translating for our Spanish speaking patients. In her spare time, Hilda enjoys spending time with her baby boy, Eliseo and her family. 

April Barlow

New Patient Coordinator

April joined the Gragg Orthodontics team in November of 2021. April takes pictures and x-rays of all our new patients and, every now and then, April helps out in the clinic. In April’s free time she enjoys making bracelets, going to the gym, and being adventurous.

Madison Greene

Clinical Assistant

Madison joined the Gragg Orthodontics team in November of 2020. Madison is a certified Dental Assistant through the Accelerated Dental Assisting Academy. In addition to being a clinical assistant, she also helps with marketing. Madison had treatment with Dr. Gragg in 2011 and has wanted to work in the office ever since, and her dream came true. Madison enjoys shopping, playing with her dogs, swimming, and spending time with her family.

Cindy Alvarez

Clinical Assistant

Cindy joined the Gragg Orthodontics team in June of 2020. She is one of our clinical assistants and is also the Invisalign coordinator for our office. In Cindy's spare time, she enjoys painting, going on hikes, and spending time with her sister Odeth.

Allison Herrera Lugo

Clinical Assistant

Allison joined the Gragg Orthodontics team in October of 2021 as one of our certified clinical assistants. Allison is an active member in her church and in her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. Some of Allison’s hobbies include being outdoors, singing, playing piano, reading, and studying her Bible.
