Brie joined the team in April 2013. As a Clinical Assistant, she enjoys making positive experiences and interacting with the patients and their families.
Brie is originally from Charlotte. She and her husband, Dan, relocated to the area for her husband's career in October 2011. She enjoys spending time with their son. He brings so much joy to her life! She also likes hiking, camping and playing soccer.
Terrie has been a member of the Gragg Orthodontics team since 2008. She worked in the furniture industry for 19 years before becoming a member of our wonderful team. She enjoys helping the patients and their parents with scheduling their appointments. She also helps them with their insurance needs. She feels the Gragg Orthodontics team offers and provides optimum orthodontic treatment.
Terrie and her husband, Chris, have two precious children, Kristen and Austin. They are members of Welcome Home Baptist Church where Terrie plays the piano and sings. She enjoys spending time with her family, camping, hiking and playing with their little dog, Minnie.
Amy is a 2003 graduate of Western Piedmont Community College. She is a Certified Dental Assistant and is also certified in radiation, CPR and infection control. She began working with Dr. Gragg in 2003. Amy loves helping change people's lives by making their smiles beautiful! She is a Treatment Coordinator and a Clinical Assistant. Her favorite part of being an orthodontic assistant is seeing the patients' expressions when they look in the mirror for the first time after getting their braces off. She says it is very rewarding!
In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and their daughter. She also enjoys hiking, camping, fishing and crocheting.
Audrea has worked in the orthodontic field since she graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at Asheville-Buncombe Community College in 1999. She joined the team at Gragg Orthodontics in spring 2008. Audrea works as a Clinical Assistant two days a week and as a Treatment Coordinator two days a week. This allows her to meet new patients on their first visit to the office and then continue building a relationship with them throughout their treatment. Her job is rewarding not only because she gets to know the patients and their families, but also because she sees and shares their joy and excitement when they get their braces taken off!
Audrea is married to Robby, and she has a son, Dakota. She enjoys being involved with their church, going to the lake, water sports, snow skiing, golfing and spending time with her family and friends.
Terrie is a 1979 graduate of Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, North Carolina. She is a Certified Dental Assistant and received her Dental Assisting National Board Certification in 1980. In 1979, she received the Dental Assistant Award from Thompson Dental Company for outstanding scholastic, clinical and citizenship achievement in her graduating class. Her past work experiences have been in general dentistry and oral surgery. Terrie has been employed with Dr. Gragg since 2004. She loves the interaction with patients during their initial visit and their records appointment. She also does some really cool lab work. Terrie admires the wonderful and caring team at Gragg Orthodontics.

Caroline is a native of Charleston, South Carolina. She is a graduate of Western Piedmont Community College with a Diploma in Dental Assisting. In 2003, she completed the Dental Assisting National Boards as a Nationally Certified Dental Assistant in Radiation Health and Safety, Chair-side Assisting and Infection Control. With enthusiasm for continuing education, Caroline received her Certificate in Orthodontic Assisting for Technique and Theory from the Academy of Orthodontics. She has worked in orthodontics since 2003. She especially enjoys clinical assisting because it gives her the opportunity to work closely with Dr. Gragg to create beautiful smiles and to spend time with the patients and their families.
Caroline is married to a wonderful man, Scott, who loves the outdoors and travel as much as she does.
Brandy graduated from the Dental Assisting program at Western Piedmont Community College in May 2008. She started working with Dr. Gragg the day after graduation. She feels that Dr. Gragg and her staff make Gragg Orthodontics a great place to work. She loves the specialty of orthodontics because it allows her to see how happy people are when they get their braces off and how beautiful their smiles are!

Carol joined the team of Gragg Orthodontics, working at the front desk, in May 2013. Before she started at Gragg Orthodontics, she was an interpreter for four years. Although working in the dental field is a totally new experience for her, she enjoys interacting with the patients and their families. Her bilingual skills enable her to communicate with the Spanish-speaking community to help them feel comfortable and knowledgeable about orthodontic treatment.

Shana completed the Dental Assisting Program at Western Piedmont Community College in May 2015. She loves being a clinical assistant and helping patients gain confidence and pride in themselves as they progress through orthodontic treatment.
- Hobbies: Shana enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, fishing, camping, and jogging.
Misti joined the team at Gragg Orthodontics in May 2016. Misti works in the lab and the clinic. She enjoys her job because she works with a great group of ladies and loves seeing how happy the patients are once they get their braces off!
In her free time she loves to cook, shop, and spend quality time with her husband Jeremy and her daughters, Raelyn and Maci.
Dakota became a part of the Gragg Team in August of 2016. She believes the world is a better place with smiles and laughter. Having the opportunity to work with the patients in the clinic she is able to accomplish this on days ending in “Y”. She had treatment with Dr. Gragg as a teenager which sparked her interest of working in orthodontics. Dakota played softball for Montreat College and now enjoys helping teach her younger sister the game!
Carrie joined our team in May of 2017. She found her love for orthodontics as a patient. Carrie’s favorite part of her job is interacting with the young kids that visit the office. She is bilingual and enjoys being able to give Spanish speaking patients a better understanding of their treatment.
Carrie loves spending her free time with her husband, Alex, and her little brothers and sisters. She also enjoys playing soccer, traveling, and shopping.
Sierra joined the Gragg Orthodontic team in June of 2017. She graduated from Western Carolina University in the spring of 2014 with a Bachelor of Science in Communication. Her career took her to the Outer Banks, where she worked for the Albemarle Family YMCA as the Family Coordinator. She enjoys working with families to help meet their financial needs as they pursue orthodontic treatment.
- Sierra and Dakota Icard, one of our assistants, have been best friends since 8th grade. They bonded through the game of softball at East Burke High School.
Kennedy was a patient of Dr. Gragg’s which sparked her interest in orthodontics. She joined our team in May of 2017. Kennedy was interested in orthodontics because of the confidence she gained with her own braces. Kennedy’s favorite part of her job is getting to know each patient and seeing their bright, new smile once their treatment is complete.
Kennedy is getting married to her high school sweetheart in September of 2018. In her free time, she enjoys snowboarding, going to the lake, shopping with her mom, and volunteering with her church.
