Terrie Fox

Scheduling Coordinator 
Terrie has been a member of the Gragg Orthodontics team since 2008. She worked in the furniture industry for 19 years before becoming a member of our wonderful team. She enjoys helping the patients and their parents with scheduling their appointments. She also helps them with their insurance needs. She feels the Gragg Orthodontics team offers and provides optimum orthodontic treatment.

Terrie and her husband, Chris, have two precious children, Kristen and Austin. They are members of Welcome Home Baptist Church where Terrie plays the piano and sings. She enjoys spending time with her family, camping, hiking and playing with their little dog, Minnie.

Carol Sabillon

Insurance/Financial Coordinator 
Carol joined the Gragg Orthodontics team in May 2013 working at the front desk. Before she started at Gragg Orthodontics, she was an interpreter for four years. Carol is now the Insurance/Financial Coordinator and enjoys helping the patients and their families meet their financial needs. Her bilingual skills enable her to communicate with the Spanish-speaking community to help them feel comfortable and knowledgeable about orthodontic treatment. Carol also created Spanish patient forms for our Spanish-speaking patients so that we could better accommodate them at visits!

  • Favorite Foods: Sushi, pasta and french fries.
  • Hobbies: Running, dancing, Netflix and spending time with family and friends,

Terrie Sprehe

Records Tech
Terrie is a 1979 graduate of Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, North Carolina. She is a Certified Dental Assistant and received her Dental Assisting National Board Certification in 1980. In 1979, she received the Dental Assistant Award from Thompson Dental Company for outstanding scholastic, clinical and citizenship achievement in her graduating class. Her past work experiences have been in general dentistry and oral surgery. Terrie has been employed with Dr. Gragg since 2004. She loves the interaction with patients during their initial visit and their records appointment. She also does some really cool lab work. Terrie admires the wonderful and caring team at Gragg Orthodontics. She is married to a wonderful man and they have two great sons.

Fun Facts: 

  • Did you know?: She was a member of the Charlotte Water Ski Club as a show-skier! She performed various tricks on the water and even climbed to the top of a human pyramid!
  • Favorite Foods: French fries, tomatoes and fried okra.

Amy Fox

Treatment Coordinator 
Amy is a 2003 graduate of Western Piedmont Community College. She is a certified dental assistant and is also certified in radiation, CPR and infection control. She began working with Dr. Gragg in 2003. Amy loves to help change people’s lives by making their smiles beautiful! Amy is the Treatment Coordinator and enjoys interacting with patients at their initial visit. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and their daughter. Some of her hobbies include hiking, camping and fishing.

Brandy McKinney

Clinical Coordinator 
Brandy graduated from the Dental Assisting Program at Western Piedmont Community College in May 2008. She started working with Dr. Gragg the day after graduation. She feels that Dr. Gragg and her staff make Gragg Orthodontics a great place to work. She loves the specialty of orthodontics because it allows her to see how happy people are when they get their braces off and how beautiful their smiles are!

  • Family: married to a great guy and together they have five kids (four boys and one girl)
  • Favorite Foods: pasta, pizza and salad
  • Hobbies: working out, being active, enjoying outdoors, watching movies and spending time with her family
  • Music: classic rock and classic country

Caroline Duncan

Clinical Assistant 
Caroline is a native of Charleston, South Carolina. She is a graduate of Western Piedmont Community College, where she received her diploma in dental assisting. In 2003, she completed the Dental Assisting National Boards as a Nationally Certified Dental Assistant in radiation health and safety, chair-side assisting and infection control. With enthusiasm for continuing education, Caroline received her Certificate in Orthodontic Assisting for Technique and Theory from the Academy of Orthodontics. She has worked in orthodontics since 2003. She especially enjoys clinical assisting because it gives her the opportunity to work closely with Dr. Gragg to create beautiful smiles and to spend time with the patients and their families.

Caroline is married to a wonderful man, Scott, who loves the outdoors and travel as much as she does.

Dakota Icard

Clinical Assistant 
Dakota became a part of the Gragg team in August of 2016. She believes the world is a better place with smiles and laughter. Having the opportunity to work with the patients in the clinic, she is able to accomplish this on days ending in “Y.” She had treatment with Dr. Gragg as a teenager, which sparked her interest of working in orthodontics. Dakota played softball for Montreat College and now enjoys helping teach her younger sister the game!

Carrie Huendo

Clinical Assistant 
Carrie joined our team in May of 2017. She found her love for orthodontics as a patient. Carrie’s favorite part of her job is interacting with the young kids that visit the office. She is bilingual and enjoys being able to give Spanish speaking patients a better understanding of their treatment.

Carrie loves spending her free time with her husband, Alex, and her little brothers and sisters. She also enjoys playing soccer, traveling, and shopping.

Faith Hildebran

Clinical Assistant

Faith joined our team in May of 2018, after graduating from UNC Chapel Hill as a Dental Assistant ll. Faith fell in love with the idea of orthodontics while going through treatment at a young age. She knew ever since then, this is what she wanted to do. Faith's favorite part about working at Gragg Orthodontics is interacting with all of the patients and seeing the changes not only in their smile, but as they grow as individuals. Faith is also a full time student at Western Piedmont Community College, pursuing an Associates in Science. She hopes to transfer to a University to finish her Bachelors in Biology before starting dental school.

Kami Thompson

Clinical and Lab Assistant

Kami began her career in the dental field when she joined our team back in 2018. Kami enjoys staying busy by working in the clinic, lab, marketing and helping Dr. Gragg with Invisalign cases. No wonder Dr. Gragg calls her the energizer bunny! Kami is a mom to a little boy named Liam, who already shares his mom's obsession with teeth (he would brush his teeth all day if she would let him) Kami plans to continue obtaining knowledge by working with Dr, Gragg and the rest of the team so that one day she can be a clinical coordinator,

Hilda Garcia

Clinical Assistant and OSHA/ Radiation Manager

Hilda graduated from the Dental Assisting program at Western Piedmont Community College in 2018. Her journey with Gragg Orthodontics began in her second semester at WPCC, when she began her clinical hour rotations as a student. Hilda was hired prior to graduation in May of 2018. In addition to being a clinical assistant, Hilda is also currently the OSHA/Radiation Manager. Her interest in orthodontics sparked after high school when she noticed the confidence she was given after getting her braces off. Hilda enjoys being able to assist with translating for our Spanish speaking patients. 

Fun facts: Did you know? 

  • Hilda was pregnant before she was hired. She worked up until the day before she had her sweet baby boy, Eliseo in September of 2018.

Ingrid Estrada

Ingrid started with us in November of 2018. She started at the front desk, but wanted to move somewhere in the office she could have more hands on contact with the patients, the lab offers her that. Ingrid loves having that personal one on one contact with each patient everyday. She mostly sees patients at the very beginning and at the very end of their treatment. Her favorite part about her job is interacting and seeing the new patients that start and the end result of patients that have completed treatment.
